Amazima Ministries feeds, educates, and encourages orphaned, vulnerable children and the poor in the country of Uganda. In the Lugandan language, Amazima (uh-mahz-i-muh) means "truth." Amazima desires to reveal the truth of God's unconditional love through Jesus Christ to the Ugandan people.

The School of Nursing is a student-centered Christian community which embraces a culture of openness and mutual respect, excellence in teaching, and the privilege of service. We strive to provide an academically challenging education that enables men and women of diverse backgrounds to safely practice professional nursing with disciplined intelligence, compassion, courage, and faith.

Blood:Water Mission exists to promote clean blood and clean water efforts in Africa, tangibly reducing the impact of the HIV/AIDS pandemic while addressing the underlying issues of poverty, injustice and oppression.

Bridge2Rwanda was formed in 2007 to help expand Rwanda’s global network of friends, to encourage foreign direct investment and to create opportunities for Rwandan students to study abroad. A few years later, President Paul Kagame asked B2R to develop a new scholars program to “burst the bottlenecks” that were preventing Rwanda’s best students from competing for international scholarships. The first class of Bridge2Rwanda Scholars was launched in 2011.

Access to mental health services is scarce in most African countries. There are many individuals willing to contribute to scaling up mental health services in Africa and others who are interested in collaborative research activities in Africa. We hope to facilitate a network of individuals, agencies, institutions and governments that can communicate in an open forum.

As a church family, we are committed to wholehearted devotion to Jesus Christ and furthering the Kingdom of God. It is our desire for every individual to fulfill the purpose God has for their life and to walk in the power and authority of the Holy Spirit.

We are dedicated to both domestic and international missions. Through our various missions, we provide opportunities for healthcare professionals to use their God-given skills to meet the needs of others around the world and share the gospel with them.

Cross Point Church is a place where Everyone’s Welcome, because one of the things we’ve learned is that Nobody’s Perfect, and with God we believe that Anything’s Possible. No matter where you’ve been or what you believe, you’re welcome here. Cross Point meets every Sunday at multiple locations around the Nashville area and online, for services that clearly communicate the hope found through Jesus Christ. We use engaging music, compelling videos, straight-forward teaching and many other elements to help people connect with a God who is incredibly passionate about you and your story. We exist as a multigenerational mission whose lives are devoted to reaching those in need with the love of Christ. Our work spans 4 generations with a 125 year presence throughout SE Asia and has covered bible translation and literacy work, community development and sustainability, church planting and leadership training, orphans and the rescue of child soldiers from rebel armies. Our heart is to develop the leaders of tomorrow by equipping children at high risk with skills and a moral backbone so they can be children who grow in influence like Daniel and Esther to walk in their God given destiny and to impact their own people for good. In short: we are nurturing nation changers.

eXile international exists to instill hope, healing, and love to the traumatized children of war in Congo and East Africa by providing art/expressive therapy and in teaching peace and reconciliation skills through a program called the HOPE Initiative.

Fellowship Bible Church is a faith community that exists to help people mature in the faith and give their lives away. Fellowship is involved globally with strategic partners in Sudan, Peru, Nigeria, Germany, Russia and a number of other countries with an emphasis in building the church and training leaders.

We provide life-changing resources such as clean water, medical aid, food, equal educational opportunities to girls and boys, vocational training and empowerment in the midst of unimaginable hardships. Our view of poverty is holistic and complex. We honor the people we serve by inviting them to contribute to the process. We are grateful to be invited into the communities we serve and work side-by-side with local leaders, responding to their needs with transformative solutions, which are both sustainable and implemented at the hands of the communities themselves.

Global Sounds: Ultrasound Development Project exists to equip physicians in resource-limited settings with ultrasound equipment and the knowledge to image at the bedside to help provide more effective care to their patients.

Go Be Love International is a 501(c)3 nonprofit mission-supporting organization established in 2005 under the name Visiting Orphans as a way to fulfill the biblical mandate given in James 1:27 to “visit orphans and widows in their distress”. Today, our mission has expanded to include caring for families and communities, orphan prevention, and missionary care. We partner with ministries and missionaries in the US and abroad, and send short-term teams to support their efforts and meet needs on the field.

In the summer of 2004, the members of Christian music group, Audio Adrenaline, founded the Hands and Feet Project. The Project, inspired by fan reaction to the song “Hands and Feet”, is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing family-style, residential care for children in crisis. 

The organization broke ground on their first Children’s Village in Cyvadier, a small town on the Southern coast of Haiti, and began their journey of serving the forgotten children of the impoverished Caribbean nation. Now, The Hands and Feet Project has grown to include multiple locations across the southern peninsula and is also dedicated to providing sustainable solutions that fight against Haiti's orphan crisis.

Hope 2.2.1's  (2 Continents, 2 Histories, 1 Future) focus is providing opportunities for our community to impact communities in Rwanda.

We exist to bring an end to modern slavery by rescuing victims, restoring lives, and reforming society.

hopepark church is about three things: growing faith, giving hope, and spreading love. Founded in 1988, hopepark has become known in our community as a church where all are welcome because we believe every life is important to God.

The College of Pharmacy at Lipscomb University is dedicated to preparing students for their role as Pharmacists, by combining rigorous academics in a faith-based approach.

LiveBeyond is a faith-based, humanitarian organization bringing medical and maternal health care, clean water, education, orphan care, community development, and the gospel of Jesus Christ to the oppressed in Thomazeau, Haiti.

Love Everybody has helped with the facilitation of the Konyok School for Girls in Akon, Sudan. The school currently has 550+ students enrolled. Love Everybody's goal is to instill hope, strength, and excellence to all students who attend so they can prosper in life. Their mission statement is to "Highlight the good, inspire greatness, and encourage mutual responsibility for the betterment of humankind. -- Love Everybody."

Manna Project International (MPI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that utilizes the passions and energy of young people to empower developing international communities through hands-on learning and service.

Meharry Medical College is the nation's largest private, independent historically black academic health center dedicated solely to educating minority and other health professionals. The College is particularly well known for its uniquely nurturing, highly effective educational programs; emerging preeminence in health disparities research; culturally sensitive, evidence-based health services; and significant contribution to the diversity of the nation's health professions workforce.

myLIFEspeaks works to develop a Christ-centered community in the village of Neply, Haiti through: Orphan Care & Prevention, Education, and Public Health.

Heal Locally.  Siloam Family Health Center cares for the uninsured in Middle Tennessee by providing high-quality, affordable health care designed to meet our patients’ physical, emotional, spiritual, and social determinants of health. The clinic aligns staff, more than volunteers and donors to carry out this ministry of health, healing and hope for people who have few options for medical care. Our mission is to share the love of Christ by serving those in need through health care.

Sweet Sleep is a faith-based nonprofit organization that exists to share God's love by providing beds to the world's orphaned and abandoned children.

The Living Water Project is an effort to fund projects that provide clean and accessible water for people in impoverished areas of the world, thereby extending to them the love of God.

The Shalom Foundation is a Christian humanitarian aid organization dedicated to serving children living in extreme poverty.  Shalom Foundation serves children in Guatemala through Medical, Nutrition, Education and Home Construction Programs. 

Global health is a major focus for the United Methodist Church, which has more than 11.5 million members internationally and is in mission in more than 125 countries. A new Global Health Initiative (GHI) aims to combat diseases of poverty such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, and tuberculosis, as well as to create conditions for better health for people worldwide through partnerships, awareness, giving, health-education infrastructure and advocacy. The denomination has long been a key player in the fight against malaria, operating hospitals, clinics and mission centers across africa for more than 160 years.

Vanderbilt International Anesthesia (VIA) program is built upon our institutional strengths and resources in order to achieve unique goals in international perioperative care. The overriding objective of VIA is to benefit the lives of others by sharing the professional medical skills and knowledge of the faculty, staff, and trainees of the Vanderbilt Department of Anesthesiology.
